How to make the best burger at home
WAGYU BURGER, BEAR’S ROASTBUSTER Recipe: Spicy beef stroganoffs with red onion and poblano peppers, spicy pork buns, sauteed cabbage, beef stock and red onions (6-8 people) Time: 15 minutes to prepare Ingredients: 1.5 lb beef, thinly sliced (about 7 oz) 2.5 lbs boneless beef, skinned (about 3 oz) 1 lb pork buntings (about 1.25 oz) 6 cloves garlic, minced (1 tsp) 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/8 tsp dried thyme 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/5 cup rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp tomato paste 1/6 tsp dried chili powder 1/1 cup black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 cup chicken stock (optional) Instructions: Cut the beef into strips.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
Then add the chicken stock and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice, cornbread, cabbage and beef.
Recipe Notes: If you are vegan, omit the pork bunings and add them to the crock pot.
You can also skip the soy sauce and add the rice vinegar instead.
Serve this dish with beef or beef stock.
