Beef teriyakka recipe: A step by step guide
Beef terry is the most popular Indian dish, but the meat is also known as chicken teriyaka.
The dish is usually made in large chunks of beef and is served with vegetables and spices.
It’s also called chicken terry in Bangladesh, and it is traditionally served with beef gravy.
Beef terries have become quite popular in the past few years.
Beef Teriyaki Recipe The most popular beef teriyakis recipe I have come across is made by Bambaksha Masan, an Indian cookbook author, and is described as: Beef teriye is the same as chicken but it is cooked in a teriyani pan, then covered with gravy and served on a flatbread, with a sprinkle of curry powder.
The sauce makes it taste like chicken.
Here’s how to make Beef Teriye in this recipe: 1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the teriyane, coconut oil, cumin and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
Add the beef, tomato paste, ginger, turmeric and cumin powder and stir well.
Add water to the teri yakin and stir to combine well.
Heat the terry sauce until the beef reaches 180°.
Take a piece of the teryakka out of the oven and add the chopped vegetables, spices, gravy and curry powder to it. 7.
Place it on a dish and sprinkle with cumin seeds.
Add more gravy and a little more curry powder if desired.
Serve with a little chopped coriander leaves and a pinch of turmeric.
