How to make beef bone-in-pot roast at home, for a few bucks
If you’re one of those people who likes to cook meat for dinner and still want to do it yourself, this recipe for beef bone in pot roast might be for you.
It’s made from ground beef, but instead of using ground beef you can use ground chicken, ground turkey, or even beef jerky.
It also includes some other great ingredients like ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and mustard powder.
All of that stuff is included in the recipe, but I prefer the chicken stock that’s used.
And because I’m a vegetarian, I opted to use beef broth instead of water to keep things simple.
The finished product tastes almost exactly like bone-pot-cooked beef.
The only thing missing is some sort of gravy.
All told, this beef bone pot roast tastes just like it sounds.
It comes together pretty quickly, though, and the finished product is pretty darn tasty.
