The noodle is served with a side of beef broth and rice, but you can also add your own toppings, like shredded carrots, lettuce, green onions, green pepper, chili peppers, scallions, and whatever else you have.
“What’s great about it is that it can be served over a bowl of rice, so it’s very simple,” he added.
“There are no complicated things you need to do, it just makes it very easy to make.”
